Many of the taxi's in Dakar, Senegal have individually styled interiors. Like any owned interior, it’s informative and enlightens the passenger about the driver in the slightest way. Regardless of language barriers, the different interiors I find them to be useful props for starting/ continuing conversations with your chauffeur of approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Here Just a few of the taxi interiors I have come across the month of July.
I had not realized that three months had past since I did the last Pimp My Ride West Africa post. I think I will try and close each month with a PMR post. Here is the third! As you can probably tell I tend to title the different interiors by my initial thoughts and associations that come to mind. Nothing other than that I'm afraid.
I think my favorite this month is... 9. Grandad's Sweater. Quite simply as the title explains, it reminded me of his style.
